Can You ID This Famous 70s Hitmaker?
It's sad how age and illness can age a person and sometimes make them unrecognizable. That's what happened to the lady in the pic below. Any idea who she is? Answer in the next post.

It’s the great Linda Ronstadt, whose singing voice has now been forever silenced by Parkinson’s disease. She had so many great hits - A Long, Long Time, Love Is A Rose, When Will I Be Loved, Blue Bayou, You’re No Good, It’s So Easy, and of course Different Drum when she was with the Stone Poneys. One of the great artists of rock - and one of its saddest sudden endings.

Ronstadt was originally diagnosed as having Parkinson's, but that was subsequently changed to progressive supranuclear palsy. Sadly, it is a very serious degenerative disease as well.
