No one really knows if it was Yoko or Paul or something entirely different that led to the ultimate break-up of The Fab Four. But if a new yet-to-be-available book keeps its promises, we could find out the real reason as early as next spring.
That's when a new book by two Beatles insiders, called "All You Need Is Love: An Oral History Of The Beatles," is released. It contains interviews with those who were there - Yoko Ono, Pattie Harrison Clapton (aka Layla), Cynthia Lennon and Maureen Starkey, Ringo's late ex-wife, among others, as well as archival info from the group members.
And it claims it will finally shed significant light on what really led to the break-up of the band.
It's due out April 9, 2024.
