Dean Ford passes

Dean Ford, former lead singer with Marmalade, passed away a few days ago.

Co-author in 1969 of one of my all-time favourites, 'Reflections of my Life'.

(Cannot post a link since this is my first post, but easily googled and his Wikipedia entry has been updated)

Re: Dean Ford passes

Reflections of my Life is a great song.   YouTube has a video by Vietnam Vets that plays the song showing images during wartime.  Man, it's sobering.  Absolutely  sobering.  It eats at me every time I watch it.

Re: Dean Ford passes

Sorry to hear of his passing. This band had many Top 10 UK hits, many of which were played here in Canada,Reflections when #1 at the local station I worked at back in 1970, The last one charted here went Top 30 in 1976, Falling Apart At The Seems. Thanks for the memories Dean. RIP.
