Carly Simon talks about name-dropping Nova Scotia in You're So Vain

It's interesting to see Carly Simon's comments about this, but what she doesn't mention is that Nova Scotia would have been the easiest location in North America for most people to get to in order to see the eclipse of July 10, 1972. I remember thinking at the time that this was the main reason for the reference, although I did also wonder if Warren Beatty had gone there to see it.
