WOW!  This is an amazing revelation aflem.  It is a given fact that Jimi Hendrix was not that red hot here in America gaining some allegiance much later.  But this tale about being one of the warm-up groups for the Monkees and the degradation of his performance with them - wrong time, wrong place and total dissolution of The Experience by the others.  The promoters were way off base when they paired Jimi with the others.  He was way out of their league.  The interviews are really stunning.  Once again, "thanks."
