Country Joe McDonald  has passed

The cause of death was not disclosed  
 
Mr. McDonald headlined the band Country Joe And The Fish & gained notoriety with their appearance at Woodstock in 1969

They performed an anti Viet Nam war song which was included on the album sound track & if you're of my vintage you can most likely sing it word for word - or at least the count down chorus.
