Does anyone remember a song from the late '50s or very early '60s called "You're a Big Girl Now"?  Yes, I know: Bob Dylan had a song with the same title, but the one I'm thinking about was much earlier and is entirelly different.  Unfortunately, all I remember about it is the title, which is also the opening line, and that it was sung by someone who sounded something like Marv  Johnson.  I know this isn't much to go on, but  if anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it.
