Today we join together to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the birth of twins Jesse Garon & Elvis Aron to Gladys and Vernon Presley of Tupelo, MS (approx. a 2-hour drive south-east of Memphis TN).
Gladys probably didn't get much sleep the night of Jan. 7. Please join me in raising a glass or two to the entire Presley family, who brought us so much unbridled joy over the decades.

Confined to California with only Disneyland, Universal Studios, endless beaches & palm trees and Rodeo Drive shopping for pastime is just plain cruel.
