The fact is David Crosby can be an extremely abrasive, egocentric individual as he actually admitted to in an interview in the docudrama series Echo In The Canyon - which I STRONGLY recommend to anyone who hasn't seen it.  I purchased the soundtrack to the docudrama and am thrilled with it.  It gives an interesting eye-opening perspective on a a number of the folk-rock/rock super-celebrities of that brief era in the mid-late '60s.  In fact, I've watched it twice and learn something new every time. Jakob Dylan out did himself in my mind.
