This isn’t anything new by any means but the format they’ve used to lay it out is sort of fun. It’s about common mondegreens, the word coined for misheard lyrics in a popular song. The article offers a lot of them, and a few are out of the normal age range of this board. But most concern well known oldies. I can't honestly say I've ever misheard any of these, but I suppose someone has.

I’m A Believer - The Monkees
 
- Misheard: “Then I saw her face, now I’m gonna leave her”
- Correct: “Then I saw her face, now I’m a believer”
 
Desperado – The Eagles
 
- Misheard: “You’ve been outright offensive, for so long now”
- Correct: “You’ve been out riding fences, for so long now”
 
(Actually, that one almost makes sense.)

- Misheard: “In a glob of Velveeta, honey”
- Correct: “In-a-gadda-da-vida, honey”
 
Blowin’ In The Wind – Bob Dylan
 
- Misheard: “The ants are my friends, they’re blowing in the wind”
- Correct: “The answer my friends, is blowing in the wind”
 
Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds –The Beatles
 
- Misheard: “The girl with colitis goes by”
- Correct: “The girl with kaleidoscope eyes”
