Anybody know what movie this is from?

could it be Magnificent Doll 1946, starring Ginger Rogers, David Niven ....

In the comments below the YouTube video, the person who posted this clip wrote the following:  (Lullaby of Broadway was a Doris Day movie)

 "I have replaced the true soundtrack of this clip from "Lullaby of Broadway" with "Wheels"

"The dancer, Constance de Mazziatti, deserves to be remembered."

Thanks.  I looked in the comments to see if I found information but what it shows below the video on my browser is;

*STEREO* Billy Vaughn and His Orchestra play a nice version of the instrumental "Wheels", set to the talents of Carlo and Constance De Mattiazzi.

 
If I had known to search “Carlo and Constance De Mattiazzi” I would have gotten there.
