Many of us heard the news about John Lennon's murder on Monday Night Football. And suddenly, we were all feeling a little bit older. 


I often find myself wondering not only about the man we lost, but the incredible music he might have made. What would he have been like at age 81? 

Anyone here have any specific memories of that terrible night in New York? In those pre-Internet days, I stayed up until 3 in the morning listening to coverage on WCBS-AM, the all-news station in NYC. The next morning, it was all that was on the radio.
