Songwriter Paul Vance Dies At 92
Paul Vance, one of the songwriters behind catchy hits like “Itsy Bisty Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini” and “Catch a Falling Star,” has died in Florida at 92.
News of Vance’s death on May 30 was shared by his daughter Paula Heart last Tuesday. She did not disclose a cause of death but said her father died “in my arms.”

I remember back in 2006 when someone claiming to be Paul Vance died.... it was a minor catastrophe for a little while.

You have a very good memory, Tom. I had totally forgotten about this, although as soon as I saw your message I remembered. I'm glad that he actually ended up living to such a good age.
