A heart condition did in the former Eagles bassist, although he left the band decades ago. Meisner didn't get a lot of front time when he was with the group, with Glenn Frey and Don Henley getting most of the glory. But he did co-write and sing lead on one of their biggest hits, "Take It To The Limit." 

He was 77.
