The Toronto Star did a special section Saturday on the Beatles in Toronto. It wasn't all that compelling - they did a short article on the fashion they inspired and another on what happened to a teen that painted a portrait of them and missed getting a chance to meet the Fab Four in person. 

But while it was fun, the best part may be the article at the link below about the songs the Beatles played during their final performance at Maple Leaf Gardens on August 17, 1966. When you think of concerts now, you picture a 90 min. or two-hour show. But back then they played just 11 songs - most no longer than about 2-3 minutes - and then it was over. But what did you want for $5, the cost of a ticket back then?
