Darlene Love's annual Christmas performance on "The View"
She still sounds and looks great, and it was also nice to see Steven Van Zandt backing her this year. The following article also mentions that Bruce Springsteen recently presented her with a much-deserved Platinum record for A Christmas Gift For You, the album that “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” originally appeared on.

The thing I don't get is, after her last David Letterman Show appearance, she said she'd never perform Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) on television again, but has done so several times since then. It did kind of make me lose some respect for her.

I'm very glad that she changed her mind, particularly given that she can still sing it so well ... and now she's even done it with Letterman again.
