Favorite BB Songs Featuring Brian Wilson
My Favorite Beach Boys songs have tended to be those that featured Brian Wilson on lead vocal.
My Top 5 would be:
Don't Worry Baby
Please Let Me Wonder
In My Room
Surfer Girl

Not sure about Brian's vocals, but since he wrote so many of the tunes, I'd have to pick:
I Get Around
Wouldn't It Be Nice
Sloop John B
God Only Knows
and
Surfin' USA, which is a clone of "Sweet Little 16" by Chuck Berry. For some reason, I love the former song but don't care for Berry's original - even though they're identical tunewise.

I have a hard time selecting my top - I always refer to the Beach Boys as the "Rock & Roll Laureates of the U.S.A." And they spanned several generations. Brian was a genius, always experimenting, very demanding, pushing himself, never satisfied. All that said, I did some digging as to what his "Brian Wilson's Personal Favorites."
I totally discounted anything Rolling Stone magazine might have said, took several Google references, in the end looking at his 2002 vintage album, "Classics Selected by Brian Wilson" which is very interesting and insightful.
